Insect mantle 1935.32.0082
The pattern consists of large and small creatures with large heads, 2 big bent “horns” on each side and 2 wings on a wide body. Each figure is inverted and repeated within itself 3 times. The large figures follow on from each other right the way along the border. Inside this border is a narrow one, containing the same figures but all turned towards the border itself. Cf. 1935.32.0065.
